Hello!

Is it possible to display local coordinate system of 2D elements and how can i change the orientation of local axes?
For 1D elements is possible to do that but i dont know if it is possible for 2D elements?

Yes, it is possible.
Using the command "Influences->Influences in Slabs for user defined LCS" you can set the arbitrary Local Coordinate System for selected Plate.
