We can split line elements in T7/T8, but is there an option to split surface elements?

A line entity is divided by selecting one point.
With surface entities, the division can have several variants. There is one division along one line, but there are also more general cases where the dividing line can be an arc or even a polyline.
For now, the command does not exist, but it is possible for the division to be performed by entering a new entity over the existing one. The new entity will "drill" the existing one located in the same place.
We have already recorded a proposal for this functionality, and we will consider increasing the priority for its implementation in the program.
