Percentage of activated modal mass more than 100 %

Hello,
For what reason the modal analysis results show the sum of activated mass above 100% - (114 %, 140 %....)
Even with a set level above the terrain - for example 0.00

An activated mass share of over 100% indicates that in your model, below the level of fixture (Кота на запъване), horizontal movement is not completely disabled.
There must really be a fixture at the level of fixture - that is, the part of the structure that is below the level of fixture must be modeled so that it does not have the ability of horizontal movement.
The underground part of the structure must be modeled so that no horizontal movement is allowed in the modal analysis (and seismic calculation).
Why ? Because that part of the structure moves along with the ground and there is no difference in the displacement of the ground and the underground part of the structure.
The above-ground part of the structure does not have this limitation. That is the difference in the (seismic) modeling of the underground and above-ground part of the structure.
If the underground part of the structure (the part of the structure that is below the level of fixture) is not modeled in that way, then the result for the percentage of activated masses will be the same as you got - very questionable.

Thank you for your quick response and full, comprehensive explanation of the problem !
Yes - it's absolutely logical that it works as that way.
I hope this topic and the answer to be useful for other customers too.
Thank you once again !
