Is it legal to resell unused copy of radimpex software?

Is it legal to resell unused (old) copy of radimpex software along with it's dongle and original disk? Or should I ask is it OK to transfer the license to another user? And will they be eligible for upgrades and support afterwards?

Yes. It is legal. It is free of charge.

The procedure is following:
1) the owner of the license informs the local Radimpex's representative about its decision to transfer his license to someone else.
Usually, it is necessary to send formal request (signed and stamped document). This request must contains data about the new owner.
2) Radimpex's representative inform us about the change and if everything is OK, we will confirm the change and inform the representative that transfer of the license is successful.


Since that moment, the new user has the regular rights - rights for support and upgrades.
